"Been Here All Along" by Sandy Hall was bought during my I-need-boys-who-love-boys-books-like-NOW period (which, frankly, happens every six months or so (so if you have any recommends, please hit me up)).
This novel follows the typical, I'm-In-Love-With-My-Best-Friend-But-They-Don't-Know-It Troupe (one of my favs). Gideon is in love with his best friend. The problems: Gideon isn't fully out, Kyle isn't gay, not to mention Kyle is dating someone else.
["Gideon always has a plan. His plans include running for class president, becoming head of the yearbook committee and having his choice of colleges. They do not include falling head over heels for his best friend and next-door neighbour, Kyle. It's a distraction.
