May...you were a rollercoaster. A lot of self-doubt, a lot of imposter syndrome. But a lot of hope and dreaming and support.
2024 Resolutions:
(1) Don't stop reading
(b) Complete Monthly Reading Challenge(s)
(2) Make memories
(3) Share love of books/writing
(4) Be kinder to myself
(1) Books read this month: 36 (might get one more in there before midnight though).
(b) Monthly Reading Challenge(s): Shape = Flower. Got some A-Z stuff recorded. Tried to catch up on the backlogs.
(2) May Memories: I tried some new things. I put myself out there a few times. I didn't give up. I took my grandma to the local conservatory for Mother's Day. Took my mom to a locally-owned (as opposed to city-owned) zoo. I babysat once. Got together with old-old coworkers. I met up with my best friend for a coffee-shop work-date. I got a new tattoo. I got some really good advice from strangers (shocker).
(3) Posts this month (including this one): 28.
(4) Days were okay. Evenings were rough. Nights were hard. But I finally found more of a system that helps me flow and succeed a little better, so we're going with it.
Anyone still holding onto their resolutions?
Any exciting June reads?
