End It All (Vitale Brothers #5)

Here's Brea Alepoú and Skyler Snow's "End It All." It's the fifth novel in their Vitale Brother's series.

["What do you do when your only way out is to join a family you never knew existed?

I’m not well behaved, that’s a given. But meeting the Vitale’s puts my life into perspective. They’re everything I’ve longed for; rich, adventurous, fearless, and close. Really close.
This is supposed to be my family too.

So why do I feel like an outsider?

I have no choice except to fit in because I can’t go back home. Not when I’m on the run…
Amidst the chaos of a cooling war, a family struggle, and the law nipping at my heels, I meet Quincy. Bold, crazy, and hot as a five alarm fire. This man is the grand red flag of all red flags, but then again so am I.

And I’ve always loved to play with fire."]

A lot of us thought that the last novel (the fourth one) would be the last. We had run out of brothers, the mafia war had ended, everyone had a HEA. In walks Blake, practically kicking the door in. Which, frankly, is Blake in a nutshell. Blake and Quincy. Blake: bad timing, good intensions, too much sass for his own good. Quincy: violent and frankly a little unhinged, but an obsession with stubborn brats (and a stubborn brat himself).

What is with broken boys healing each other only to break each other's hearts and then finally fall in love that's soooooo fucking addicting?! The protectiveness. The obsessiveness. The threats of violence. *Swoon*

And just like this one, this isn't the last one either. I canNOT wait for Caesar's book. Really. Because this book did some groundwork for a redemption arc, but it doesn't erase all of his behavior towards his sons over the years...or whatever that epilogue was about (and I will protect these four sweet, over the top mafia men till the end of time).

Quote of the day (Quincy): "Baby girl, we're in this together. Life, death, and crime." It seemed fitting. ;)

Trigger Warnings: gore, blood, death, substance abuse, suicidal ideation, depression, violence, past parental neglect, and more.
