This one was a rollercoaster of emotions. Ones I fell for and felt so deeply each and every time. Anger, frustration, adoration, desperation, depression, acceptance (well that just sounds like a list of steps in the grief process). It was harsh and beautiful.
And these two? They were beautiful. It was angsty as hell, and I cried quite a few times, but it was glorious.
The timeline of this novel also paralleled the timelines of both book one and book two, which was really cool.
Trigger Warnings: alcoholic parent, off-page domestic abuse, depression, homophobia, bullying (that's resolved with violence), and more.
