"Princess And The Fangirl" the highly anticipated sequel to "Geekerella" by Ashlee Poston. And let me say, it did not disappoint.
Jessica Stone: talented actress, young adult struggling with self-esteem, and Princess Amara. She wants nothing more than to quit Princess Amara, to move on to something...worth it.
Imogene Lovelace: disappointing daughter, young girl struggling with self-esteem, and a fangirl on an impossible mission, to save Princess Amara.
When they get mistaken for each other, Jessica makes a deal, to switch for the weekend (besides, she has to find the script leaker who might or might not ruin her entire career). Imogene will do Jessica's interviews, panels, and meet-and-greets. Jessica will do Imogene's fan-booth and save her career.
And well, who's going to argue if they fall in love along the way (not to each other, thought that would be cool too).
OH, there is lots of LGBT representation in here too, gotta love it!
